Boyd Automotive is a family-owned and operated business.

Jason Boyd began his automotive career when he was five years old on the sidewalks of Lacasse Blvd in Tecumseh just like his 2 boys do now.

Jason attended St.Clair College and originally studied accounting.  He soon felt that this career didn’t interest him as much as his passion for automotive technology.  He returned to St.Clair College and completed his Automotive Technician apprenticeship and Diploma in 1998.

Jason worked for a few family-owned and operated establishments and was inspired and driven to build his own company.

Jason is a racing enthusiast to say the least.  His love of cars and car performance has enhanced Jason’s skills over the years.  Jason has a natural ability to diagnose complicated problems on all makes and models.  He enjoys a challenge.

Jason is proud to be an Automotive Technician and loves to develop and grow as a professional.  He demonstrates this by his ongoing professional development and keeping up with the complex and ever technologically evolving trade.

Jason is starting out with a 2-3 bay facility yet we have dreams to grow and thrive.  The Boyd Family envisions building a state of the art automotive repair facility where customers continue to be the heart and soul of our operation.  We envision giving back to a community we love by opening doors to co-op high school students, college apprenticeships, and to our customers and racing enthusiasts.  We envision “how to” evening workshops for car lovers.  We are taking things one day at a time with a larger picture in mind.
